We are licensed, bonded and insured conducting all Investigations with diligence under the framework of PIPEDA / Canadian Law.
Our staff do not trespass.
If and when a subject becomes aware of our Investigation, specifically regarding surveillance, we immediately contact the Client so that they can be fully prepared.
Our Management is in constant contact with our Surveillance Investigators in order to fulfill the instructions of our Clients. Our Investigators do not work “Independently”.
We have not, and will never “take for granted” any assignment provided to us by a Client.
Our Investigation notes, reporting, and or raw video will never be altered to something other than the original.
Very simply, we do not overbill invoices, and will not “dispute” an invoice correction required by our Client.
If we refer a file to another Investigation company within Canada or Internationally, we remain in contact throughout in order to maintain the same standards that we would apply to an assignment.
Our reporting delivers accurate, unbiased findings supported by verifiable evidence, ensuring our clients can act with confidence.
